We are glad to invite you to attend the Applied Nuclear Physics conference (ANP2024), which will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, from September 23th to 27th, 2024.

ANP2024 is the 2nd edition of the ANP series of conferences, supported by the European Physical Society, following the inaugural one held in Prague in 2021.
ANP2024 will be organized under the guidance of the Hellenic Nuclear Physics Society (HNPS), a non-profit organization, founded in 1990 by Greek scientists in the field of fundamental and applied Nuclear Physics.
The conference will focus on applications of nuclear physics to energy, health, space, security, environment, material science, preservation and study of cultural heritage, among others. In particular, it will address the following topics: ion beam analytical methods in material science; ion and neutron beam irradiation of materials; nuclear physics for energy and space technologies; nuclear analytical methods for environmental and archaeological studies; nuclear physics in medicine.

Abstract (1 page of plain text) submission deadline: May 15, 2024
Deadline for the notification of accepted abstracts: June 15, 2024
On-line publishing of Book of Abstracts: September 5, 2024
Deadline for paper submission in Special Issue of ARI (preliminary): November 15, 2024
Deadline for conference fee payment: August 15, 2024
