The Organizing Committee of the International Semiconductor Conference CAS, an IEEE event, has the pleasure to invite you to attend and submit contributions to CAS 2018, which will take place on October 10-12, 2018, in Sinaia, Romania.
The conference is an annual event with a long-standing tradition, this year at its 41st edition, which provides you a great opportunity to present your last innovation and research results to a wide international audience, in the most relevant topics in the fields of semiconductor components and systems & micro- and nanotechnologies.

You are invited to submit original papers for oral and poster presentation on the following topics: 1. Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; 2. Micro- and Nanophotonics; 3. Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; 4. Microsensors and Microsystems; 5. Modelling; 6. Semiconductor Devices; 7. Integrated Circuits.

Papers submission deadline: June 18, 2018!

The papers accepted and presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be available on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Details about papers format and submission [...]

Best student paper. The best student paper at CAS 2018 will be awarded. The student papers must be based on the student's own work and the authors should mention their option to be registered in this session when uploading the paper.
