LEELIS2021 registration is now open

Dear colleagues,

The registration for LEELIS2021 is now open! And this year it is free of charge. Still, if you want to have access to the presentations (oral and posters), please register here.

Notice that this is also required if you did a pre-registration.

Students and postdocs are also encouraged to submit an abstract for an oral presentation or a poster (deadline October 15th). Visit our website for more information.

The LEELIS2021 is a workshop in which scientists of interdisciplinary fields meet up to discuss and come to novel insights on the physics and chemistry of low-energy electron processes.

As in previous editions, the meeting has a particular focus on extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL), Focused electron beam induced processing (FEBIP), and low-energy electron microscopy (LEEM).

However, the workshop is open to any other topics that address the fundamentals of low-energy electrons interacting with materials or that aim at the development of technological applications deriving from the latter.

We remind you that the online workshop will take place from 17th to 19th November 2021.

To facilitate the participation of a worldwide audience, all events will take place in the afternoon (Amsterdam time, GMT+1).

We hope to meet you online in November!

The organizers,
Fred Brouwer (University of Amsterdam, ARCNL, Netherlands)
Sonia Castellanos Ortega (Inpria, Belgium)
Kees Hagen (Delft University of Technology, Netherlands)
