giovedì 4 ottobre alle ore 9:30 presso l'aula Campisano dell'IMM sede, Matthias Duck del Physikalisches Institut dell'Università di Aachen terrà un seminario dal titolo:
"Characterization and TransportProperties of Metastable GeSb2Te4 Thin Films Exhibiting aDecoupling of Microstructure and Disorder".
